With 37 years of experience in all facets of the building industry, Brad is a result orientated, hands-on construction and development professional who understands that your decision to build your new DREAM project is undoubtedly the most expensive and important decision you may ever make. With a verifiable track record in successfully completing many projects, Brad is highly competent at coordinating trades, developing partnerships and building rapport with architects, engineers, local councils and clients, all while maintaining costs and time schedules. Brad is versed in contract documentation, problem-solving, site management, and occupancy certification to final completion of the project.
